Hypothetical mode of action

Humans consist of about 70 - 90 billion cells.  Each cell has the task to utilize nutrients and oxygen and to excrete slag, carbon dioxide and water after the utilization. This process produces vital energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The nutrients, oxygen and water, which are essential for this process, pass through the cell membrane into the cell interior. Each cell has an electrical voltage (membrane potential) of 70-90 mV. If the cell is constantly exposed to negative environmental influences such as stress, poor nutrition, electrosmog, lack of exercise and other environmental stresses, the protective membrane potential decreases. Nutrients and oxygen no longer reach the cell in sufficient quantities, so the above-mentioned process of energy production can no longer function completely. In addition to the environmental pollution already mentioned, there is often a negligent lifestyle with excessive nicotine, caffeine and alcohol consumption (vitamin robbers), which is usually associated with a decreasing supply of nutrients. The consequences of this are often sleep disturbances, fatigue, lack of concentration and others. Metabolic disorders can also result from this, which supports diseases and leads to a loss of quality of life.
